Welcome to SEED ENVY HEIRLOOM AND ORGANIC SEEDS!
These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Seed Envy 's Website, located at https://www.seedenvy.co.uk.
By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use SEED ENVY HEIRLOOM AND ORGANIC SEEDS if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
DELIVERY
UK delivery will be via Royal Mail (second class), charged at a flat rate of £1.00 including packaging, orders will be dispatched within 5 working days and only upon receipt of payment. Please note that Royal Mail can take between 2-4 working days to deliver second class mail and on occasion up to 10 days.
Orders shipped to overseas addresses will be dispatched via Royal Mail Standard International and charged at a flat rate of £3.00 including packaging, orders will be dispatched within 5 working days and only upon receipt of full payment. Please note that Royal Mail advise that mail to Europe will usually take between 3-5 working days and the rest of the world within 6-7 working days, however at times this can increase significantly to anything between 2-4 weeks. The responsibility of customs duty and confiscation lies solely with the purchaser not Seed Envy, with this in mind please ensure that you acquaint yourself with the rules for your country.
PACKAGING
All orders are posted in standard white C6 envelopes, seeds are packed in small labelled zip-loc bags.
SEED STORAGE & GERMINATION
Please be advised that once seeds are dispatched it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure they are handled and stored correctly, failure to do so may result in poor germination. There are many aspects to consider when sowing your seeds, growing medium, lighting, temperature requirements, watering, feeding regime, pests and diseases etc., all of which are beyond our control. Once sown the purchaser is solely responsible for the seeds success. Please ensure that you are familiar with growing conditions/requirements for your area.
SEEDS
All seeds have been sown and grown either indoors (greenhouse) or outdoors in the UK. Seeds sold have all been selected and packaged by hand in the UK and are subject to availability. Seed Envy do not sell seeds from any other grower/supplier.
